The Food Pyramid

The food pyramid based on the 5 Laws of Perfect Health is radically different; vegetables and carbohydrates are restricted to those with a low glycemic index and proteins must match the patient’s blood type. Sugars are used sparingly and are limited to Xylose and low glycemic index fruits and berries. Supplementation is also required in the form of vitamins that will maintain the pH of the urine and saliva in a balanced way. The 5th Law is completed by meditation or the administration of an EMF that reharmonizes the body and its organ systems.
