Successful weight loss usually involves analyzing the balance of hormones within the patients. High levels of insulin, cortisol and estrogen and low levels of DHEA and testosterone and thyroid / adrenal hormones all induce serious weight gain.

For those patients that want to lose a lot of weight 20-100 lbs we would prescribe the HCG diet according to the Dr Simeon protocol. All diets are monitored with regular urine chemistry panels and physiology checkups to make sure the patient’s metabolism is going optimally and that weight loss is ensured.
