- 12 group nutritional visits with our naturopath/nutritionist

- Emotional support – recognising and working with them to achieve relaxation
- Sleep – the significance of good sleep – achieving and maintaining it

£1600 per group – up to 5 people

This programme is not only about food and losing weight, it is also about your lifestyle, how you manage your stress and exercise and how well you manage your sleep.
