- 400g tin chickpeas (drained)
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 4 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
- Sprinkle with a little bit of ground paprika for added spice and serve.
