Wednesday 11th June
Day 1: Welcome to your transformative retreat
Arrive and settle in with a refreshing welcome drink and delicious snacks, then relax by the pool, take a stroll or even enjoy a nap! Join us at dinner at 8pm where Dr Laurens Maas will introduce your wellness journey.

Thursday 12th June
Day 2: Personalised wellness insights
Begin your day with rejuvenating guided morning yoga and meditation, followed by a nutritious breakfast. Join the ‘Genetic Wellness Workshop’ to uncover your potential for longevity. After a refreshing lunch, spend the afternoon exploring or relaxing before sharing a delicious dinner.

Friday 13th June
Day 3: Nutritional biomarkers
Ease into to your day with relaxing yoga and meditation in the garden, followed by breakfast ahead of the fascinating workshop ‘Elevate Your Health with Comprehensive Biomarker Testing’. Enjoy a delicious lunch and then choose between local tours or spa relaxation in the afternoon, ending the day with a relaxing dinner.

Saturday 14th June
Day 4: Biohacking and culinary lesson
Begin your day with time on your mat for yoga and meditation. Then after breakfast, join the morning workshop ‘Food as Medicine: Food-based Biohacking Techniques’. Be inspired in a hands-on culinary lesson to create a memorable lunch after which there is time to unwind for the afternoon or take a trip and visit the local area. We will complete the day with dinner and time to unwind on the terrace.

Sunday 15th June
Day 5: Rest and reflection
Start the day with our guided yoga and meditation practice, take a breath and recharge, this day is yours to enjoy. Perhaps some poolside relaxation, a leisurely walk through the enchanting grounds, or maybe you’ll choose to explore further afield. If you would like to deepen your understanding of your personal health journey, we can book you a personal consultation with Dr Maas. Today press pause, reflect on your experience, and ensure you leave feeling fully balanced and revitalised.

Monday 16th June
Day 6: Departure
Enjoy a final chat with Laurens and Cath over a delicious breakfast to conclude your time with us. Depart with newfound insights, health and wellness inspiration and lasting memories.

Whilst we request that you join our daily workshops, you are welcome to join as many or a few of our other retreat experiences such as yoga and meditation as you wish.
