All prices outlined below are per person and specific to the accomodation selected in either the main Château or ajoining Maison d’Amis. They include a 5 night stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, 3 Workshops lead by Dr Laurens Maas, a Chef led nutritional session, use of the Château’s pool and grounds aswell as daily yoga and meditation classes. Getting There:
Nearest Airport:
Bordeaux Airport, France (2.5-hour scenic drive to the chateau).
Recommended transport:
Rent a car, either for yourself or to share with other guests, as the retreat location is remote with limited taxi/shuttle options.
Car rentals:
We encourage renting a car for flexibility. We’ll set up a group chat for attendees to coordinate car shares – a great way to start connecting with fellow retreat participants!
Trains:
Take a train to Sarlat, followed by a 20-minute taxi ride to the chateau.
Direct transfers:
We can help arrange airport transfers upon request; rates depend on the number of passengers sharing the vehicle.
